Weekly EMDR

You can try something new.

This is the traditional weekly therapy model.

Weekly EMDR therapy might be right for you if:

  • You want to change on a deeper level and you’re interested in a fresh approach that is different from talk therapy

  • You have the time and other resources for weekly therapy

  • You are comfortable with a slower pace of change, and you can tolerate the emotions in between sessions each week while you live your life

Please note at this time Christie is only accepting new clients for Intensive and Adjunct EMDR.
