YOU WERE MADE TO

thrive

Online EMDR Intensives for Adult Children of Alcoholics in Virginia and Massachusetts

You’ve worked hard to get to this point in your career.

good?

So why doesn’t it feel

You’ve been…

Doing #allthethings to create the successful life you dreamed of having – only to find out that the goal post keeps moving and you never quite get “there”

Watching yourself overreact to people and situations, but you don’t know how to stop it - it feels like something is taking over you in those moments

Knowing you have so much more potential, trying to get into flow, your zone of genius, but you always end up stuck in that same old spot of “I’m not good enough”

You’re overcommitted, over-scheduled and always running from one thing to the next.
And you...

Spin your wheels listening to podcasts about stress and time management, drink or eat more than you mean to – anything to try to get things under control or at least get some relief at the end of the day, but your brain just won’t shut off

Struggle to leave work at work - your family is telling you you’re hard to be around lately - you know something has to change

You’re determined to do something about it if you could just figure out how.

This time you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

It’s time to feel in control and confident in your work.

Headshot of Christie Pearl EMDR Therapist in Virginia and Massachusetts

Hi, I'm Christie. The world needs what you have to offer. My mission is to empower you to reach your potential and fulfill your purpose so you can share your unique gifts through your work. I believe in addressing root causes and healing from the inside out, while at the same time knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. EMDR Intensives can be an efficient and impactful way to get the permanent change you’re wanting in a lot less time than weekly therapy. We will create a customized EMDR Intensive tailored to your needs.

EMDR Intensives

You know the saying - to get something different you have to do something different. You’ve waited long enough to feel better. EMDR Intensives offer a fresh alternative to the limited format of traditional weekly therapy.

ACOA Therapy

As an ACOA, you are really good at surviving. In the past, you had to cope with the chaos and still do daily life. But now, you can finally get the freedom and peace you’ve been craving. It’s time to stop surviving and start thriving.

Performance Anxiety

We all feel anxious at times. But you might be noticing that it feels like you and your mind/body aren’t on the same team. It’s getting harder to manage. Let’s slow down and get you back in control.
